Kröller Boom remuneration policy

Our company’s policy is focused on the long-term relationship with and interests of our customers. To achieve this, it is important that we have well-qualified and committed employees.

Our compensation policy is designed to help promote, attract and retain the right employees. We ensure that our employees are not incentivized by pay to treat customers carelessly. Therefore, our employees receive a fixed salary.

Depending on the operating results and performance of the employee, there is the possibility of paying variable remuneration. At all times, this variable pay is less than 20% of the fixed salary.

The other provisions of Section 1:120(2) of the Wft do not apply to our company.
