Why is Kröller Boom changing its name?

Since 2020, we have joined forces with Sweden'sSöderberg & Partners. This allows us to combine the best of both worlds:the personal commitment of your own advisor, who understands your business andits specific needs, together with the strength and reach of a powerful Europeannetwork.

Together with Herenvest and several specialist teamsfrom SAA (Marine, Hoofdstad, and Broking), we will continue as of 1 October under the name Söderberg & Partners Risk Solutions B.V.

This means that, behind the scenes, an even broadernetwork of specialists will be available to support you on matters such ascorporate risk, pensions, and absence management.

At the same time, having a single, dedicated point ofcontact remains our standard. We know your business, feel connected to you and thesector in which you operate, and will remain your trusted team of contacts.

Who is Söderberg & Partners?

An independent financial advisory firm, founded in Sweden and operatingacross multiple European countries. Our advisors collaborate within an(inter)national network of specialists in insurance, risk management, pensions,income, and wealth. This allows us to combine local commitment with broadexpertise.

As of when does the name change take effect?

As of 1 October. In the period that follows, we will gradually updateour name, website, and communications.

What will the name of the legal entity be?

As of 1 October, our legal entity will be: Söderberg & Partners RiskSolutions B.V.

Will the name Kröller Boom continue to exist?

No, the name Kröller Boom will be discontinued. Our services, employees,and personal approach remain the same.

Will my advisor change?

No. Your team of contact persons will remain your dedicated point of contact.

Will my current insurance policies change?

No. Your current insurance policies, contracts, and insurance terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Where can I find my policy or client number?

On your most recent policy, which you received by post or email.

Will invoices or payments change?

No. The name change has no impact on your current payments or direct debits. We are changing our bank account number from ABN Amro Bank to Rabobank. You will be informed of this in good time via your invoice.

Will contact details or email addresses change?

Your team of contact persons will remain the same. Our email addresses will change to @soderbergpartners.nl during 2027. We will continue to receive emails sent to our previous addresses as usual.

Will the website change?

Yes, the website will get a new name and look and feel.

Do I need to sign new documents or contracts?

No. Existing contracts remain valid. Depending on the timing, you may receive documents under the name Kröller Boom or Söderberg & Partners.

My claim is currently being handled by you. Does this change affect it?

Ongoing claims will continue to be handled as you are accustomed to.

I am waiting for a quote or advice. Does this change affect that?

Ongoing quotes and advisory processes will simply continue. Depending on the timing, you may receive documents under the name Kröller Boom or Söderberg & Partners.
